Owner Comments: I never outgrew a soft spot in my heart for the TR3A, with its cutaway doors, its frog-eye headlights and its racey looks. I found a 1959 TR3A in bad shape. Upon inspection, I found plenty of rust and did not realize the work that had to be done, it didn't matter. The engine sounded strong, transmission was tight and it ran. The body was lifted off the frame and all sheet metal was replaced, where needed. The color was changed from sapphire white to pontiac red (my choice). The project lasted 4 years, but it was well worth it. Now I enjoy tooling around town, driving to shows and club functions.
