Owner Comments: I was really looking for a TR250 when our Director, Geoff, called and said he had received information about a TR4A. Being the same body style, I took the information and said I would investigate. The original owners gave me a third degree interrogation before I was able to see the car. It was tucked in a one-car garage, covered with boxes and all the tires were flat. The last inspection dated 1990 but the car was complete and intact. We discussed the car at length. It was their "Baby". It was obvious this car invoked only the best memories and love. After swearing, several times, that I would care for the car and not part it out, I made an offer. They needed more time to consider a decision. I was very pleased when they accepted. The monetary value was not at issue with these people as they wanted a good home for this car. I have not been able to devote much time as yet to the car. It requires a full restoration, but I have all systems working and am in the process of building a workshop to persue this project. Since coming into my possession, it stands as a royal monarch in the garage, where periodically the oil is still changed and the engine started. Parked next to the other cars, my wife said it looks like a "peanut". Guess what name we gave him?
