There are 2 ways to submit a membership application to join LITA
Print out a paper version of the LITA Membership Application and mail it with your membership fee to the address on the application
2. Complete the Online Membership Application form and online payment process
If you don't already have Acrobat Reader on your computer, you will need to download a copy to view and print the LITA Membership Application or other documents that may be posted to this website in the future
