  • Roadster Factory – Kevin – drive not bad, meet many new friends, weather good. Camped – not many places to eat out – factory had a nice dinner 
    • Walking poker run – 5 different stores, b&b – most booked for next year
    • Camping – showers 
    • Met Dennis – Tr3 – Rusty, no generator – drove from Rochester 
    • TR250 – fuel injected – O2 sensor/heat sensor 
    • Family with Triumphs 
  • VTR – Tony – 5300 miles - $1400 gas - $3300 Total (14.7mi/gal pulling car) 8 ten hour days behind wheel – 840 miles – thru highest pass in Colorado. Fuel pump died near summit – changed it on the spot – narrow road- amazing Venue – must see. 350-400 cars. Cost $500 for 4 days

    • Tony spoke with Adesa regarding transporting cars to Colorado $600 each car each direction - P/U Aug 10 & return 4 days after show – Drop off in Colorado at Frank Mannetti sister’s location.  Need to check reputation of carrier & company.   Advertise to fill carrier – VTR, Local Clubs (Kevin), British Marque 
  • Poker Run – In the works – no definite date - open to other clubs 
  • Ads - paid ads in newsletter – entitles advertisers to sponsership on website

12/9/2010 General Meeting
  • Election results, Bob Waldeck was elected Vice Chair
  • Go-Karts coming up Jan 23, signup online
  • Mike P won 50/50

11/11/10 General Meeting
  • 23 Members
  • Everyone is reminded of the Food Drive, Collection at the Holiday Party and Dec Meeting
  • Mike Mentioned there are two Spitfires for Sale
    • Paul Carrolls $2500, see our Classified page
    • A non-Member with a partial Restoration, $800
  • Jekyll Island Report, a good time was had by all, the VTR events are highly recommended.  Next year's is in Breckenridge Colorado.
  • Tech Sessions are the 2nd and 4th saturdays of the month, the club calendar is being updated
  • Holiday Parade, meet at Tony's to decorate at 2pm
  • Possible High Speed Cart Racing off LI, Joe is investigating
  • New Members were Introduced Niel, and Larry & Marie 
  • George Keith won the 50/50

10/14/10 General Meeting
  • 20 Members
  • Matt Murphy (Policeman) gave a talk regarding issues which could result in an equipment violation relating to our older cars.
  • Our newest member Joe DeMauro was introduced to the membership
  • The theme for the Patchogue Parade is "Green Christmas", decoration will begin at Tony's place at 3pm
  • Elections
    • Mike Pellicano was nominated for Chairman
    • Bob Waldeck and Joe Palazzo were both nominated for Vice Chairman
    • Tony Vigliotti and Lynn Sedler were each nominated for their Board Positions
    • Kate Hurney was nominated for Treasurer
    • A Volunteer is needed for the Secretary position
  • The theme for the Tech Sessions will be the frame replacement on Skip's TR3
  • The cost of the Holiday party is being partially subsidized by the club 
  • The club is collecting food for the Holiday donation
  • The MG club has invited us to their Fall Foliage Run Nov 2
  • We wished a farewell and a safe trip to our friends attending the VTR convention in Jekyll Island GA

9/9/10 General Meeting
  • 16 Members
  • The ducks game is sold out
  • Winery Status, 32 expected. Rain is forecast, but event is scheduled Rain or Shine
  • Mike mentioned that a member, Patrick is looking to sell a partially restored GT6
  • Mike made everyone aware of the activity on the new website with Launch expected later this year
  • There was discussion about whether Watkins Glen would be a good event for the club next year, no decision was reached
  • Lester won the 50/50
